How it works

Press the suction cup firmly onto a clean, smooth, dry surface, such as a glazed tile or a gloss-painted door. Then lean the part of your body you want to massage against the rounded head. You control the pressure simply by shifting your weight. Two buttons on the side switch it on and add the heat.

How to use it

1. Wipe the surface and the suction cup so they are clean and dry.
2. Press the suction cup firmly onto a smooth surface, such as a glazed tile or a gloss-painted door.
3. Test it with light pressure first, to check it is firmly attached.
4. Lean the spot you want to massage against the rounded head and move gently until it feels good.
5. Switch on the vibration, and the heat if you like. Build up the pressure slowly.

Good to know: the suction cup will not hold on textured paint, wallpaper, plaster or other uneven surfaces. If you have no smooth surface nearby, you can hold the massager in your hand and press it where you want it.
